GLORIFIED SPARRING 10 SET FOR FRIDAY NIGHT

Up and coming combatants ready to showcase

Guam’s up and coming combatant athletes will get a chance to taste some live competition in Friday night’s Glorified Sparring 10 at the Steel Athletics Gym in Tamuning.

Twenty matches are set that will include MMA, boxing, combat jiu jitsu, kickboxing and kids kickboxing.

Doors open at 5:30 pm with the first bout scheduled to get underway at 6 pm.

In its 10th edition of hold amateur bouts, event organizer JJ Ambrose will once again be donating proceeds to a non-profit organization – this time going with Mañe’lu (formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guam)

The previous nine beneficiaries from Glorified Sparring are as follows:

  4. Pacific War Museum
  5. Salvation Army
  6. Australian Wildfires
  7. Peredo Family funeral expenses
  8. GRMC Children’s Ward
  9. Heart Guam
