GUAM TAKES ON HOOPS WORLD

Four Guam players are representing our island in the 3×3 FIBA World Championships in Athens, Greece.

Seve Susuico, Vince Estella, Eric Santos and James Stake are taking on teams with an average height of 6’6″.

Guam lost both games in day one of the competition to Venezuela and Mexico by the score of 21-9 in both games.

In the second day of competition, they have lost to France 20-9 and Argentina 19-11 before wrapping up pool play against the Ukraine in day three and falling 19-11.
