For the sixth time this season a Budweiser Baseball League game has been postponed.

It rained heavy in the morning but cleared up just enough in the evening for the Thursday BBL game between the Bank of Guam A’s and the Paradise Fitness Jr. Nationals to get underway.

The Jr. Nationals up on the A’s 1-0 and were half an inning away from stealing one against the A’s as a heavy rain delay, of about ten minutes, interrupted the game which led to the postponement.

Since the game did not get through at least five complete innings of play, the game will be restarted in it’s entirety erasing an stats any players earned.

Daniel Cruz stole a base in the first inning for the Jr. Nationals to get the only run of the game while A’s pitcher Roke Alcantara was pitching fire with three straight strikeouts that brought the game to the bottom of the fifth inning.

The game will be played on a later date still to be determined.
