Justin Kohn of Crossfit Gof Metgot and Ierene Henderson finished strong during Day 2 of the Latte Games Sunday afternoon to reel in top honors. The Latte Games is the first Crossfit competition in 2016 and the first held at the new Crossfit Latte Stone gym in Harmon.

Kohn and Alex Johnson were battling for the top spot with Kohn getting the nod in the late WOD to secure his top spot. Kohn’s 13 points beat out Johnson’s 14 with Brian Quigly of Gof Metgot and Mike James of Crossfit Latte were tied for 3rd with 32 points. However, Quigley would own the tie-breaker.
The lowest point totals were considered higher scores, much like golf and team cross country scoring. Johnson had a 4-7 lead over Kohn after Day 1 with Kohn outperforming Johnson in Day 2 legs.
Henderson’a 14 points beat out Gof Metgot’s Jessica Andrews 18 and Crossfit Latte’s Noreen Ericsson 24 points to round out the women’s top three spots. Henderson and Andrews were tied at 5 after Day 1.
