Guam’s off-island Chamorro blooded superstar athletes Zach Banner and Madilyn Nickles joined GSPN for a special Thursday podcast straight from California!
Banner, who recently graduated from USC, prepares for the upcoming NFL Draft and is currently projected as a 4th or 5th round selection. Banner shared with GSPN what he’s doing in preparation for the upcoming draft, his newly inked ‘Chamorro Pride’ tattoo on his back, and the special bond he had with young cancer patient Samantha Surber.
Nickles, the 2016 Gatorade Softball Player of the Year, is having a stellar start to her collegiate career as the starting 3rd baseman for the UCLA Bruins. With two home runs and batting a .405 this far in the season, ‘Bubba’ Nickles shares the transition from high school as well as suffering her first lost in years!
