SEMIFINALS: RAYS DOWN REDHAWKS VIA 10-RUN RULE

It took a few innings for both teams to get on the board, but the Rays eventually caught fire as they defeated the Redhawks 13-3. Winning pitcher Paul Pangelinan ended the night with five strikeouts and Ryan Colman takes the loss for the Redhawks.

The Rays and Redhawks finally hit the Paseo diamond for Game 1 of the GML semifinals after a series of cancelled games due to rain.

It took a few innings for both teams to get on the board, but the Rays eventually caught fire as they defeated the Redhawks 13-3. Winning pitcher Paul Pangelinan ended the night with five strikeouts and Ryan Colman takes the loss for the Redhawks.

Rays BJ Balajadia went 2-4 for two runs and an RBI and Vic Fernandez finished 1-4 for a run and three RBI’s.

Game 2 for for the Astros and Orioles will go down Friday evening at Paseo.
