Decision made almost two weeks after injuries suffered
Nearly two weeks after a transgender athlete made news for injuring numerous female opponents during the opening weekend of the ISA Rugby League, the Guam Department of Education (which runs ISA) made a decision which basically allows the athlete to continue to participate.
