FD Friars senior forward Noah Tenorio was named 2025 high school boys basketball MVP, as voted by league coaches.
Tenorio was the IIAAG MVP a year ago. This year, both leagues combined for the first time in six years, bringing the league to 13 teams (with the addition of CTECH).
Tenorio led the undefeated FD Friars to a perfect 12-0 record as they head into the post season.
He possessed the skills across the court playing point forward at times and averaging 10.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.1assists per game on 63% shooting from field. He did this with playing only 17 minutes per game before giving way to the bench with the Friars usually ahead comfortably.
