      The storied Southern Dolphins football season officially came to an end Saturday evening as the JFK Islanders moved past Southern in the first round of the playoffs. Though shaky for most of the game, the home team Islanders managed to hold off two Dolphin goal line attempts to get a 12-0 victory.

      The Guam High Panthers opened up the first round of the IIAAG Football Playoffs playing host to the Okkodo Bulldogs Friday evening. Despite a slow start, Guam High eventually got into rhythm to knock off the Okkodo Bulldogs 41-6 with the Bulldogs getting a touchdown on the last play of the game to avoid the shutout.

      The ND Royals didn’t have to wait too long to celebrate another IIAAG Girls Volleyball title (as compared to their previous 21-year wait) as the reigning champs dominated Thursday night’s title game against the St. John’s Knights at the UOG Calvo Field House, winning in straight sets 25-21, 25-22, 25-21.
