The Eagles wrecked the Steelers 44-0 in round two of the Budweiser Football League Sunday afternoon at Eagle Field. The duo of Eagles quarterback Joseph Terlaje and wide receiver Ibrahim Mansaray connected for three touchdown receptions in a row to run up the score at half time 36-0.

Terlaje caught Mansaray on the run in the end zone, to open up their second quarter scoring spree; Reginal Baylor completed the two-point conversion, making the score 22-0. Midway through the second, Terlaje and Mansaray convert another touchdown, this time a 25-yard reception that allowed Mansaray to run into the end zone; Mansaray converted the extra points. For their third and final connection, Manasaray using his height to his advantage, jumped above two Steeler defenders and caught the ball in the end zone.

Despite the host of Steeler defenders hanging onto him, Joey Guerrero plowed his way into the end zone for the final touchdown. Roosevelt Badgett ran in for the extra points to end the game.

In the first quarter, Ashton Adams struck blood first off a 25-yard reception, followed by Terlaje’s one-yard quarterback sneak into the end zone for the Eagles’ first two touchdowns of the game.
