PRESS RELEASE – Bud Light Golden Hoops Classic (GHC) 2013 Spring Tournament continued its round robin games on Sunday at Tamuning Gym giving its fans action packed games each hour.

“Teams are improving and performing at a higher level of competition at this time in the tournament. It gets the fans emotionally involved and can be seen during games as they support their teams on the court,” stated tournament coordinator Elsa Ulloa.
In the 18 plus competitive division it was a showdown between Team Justice and Team Defenders highlighting it’s talent and skill causing the fans to ooh and ahh throughout the game. With all the hoopla it was Justice making a come from behind win against the Defenders 76-69.
Justice Will Stinnett coming off the bench scored a game-high 32 points followed by Reggie Rechebong with 18 points. Justice team record stands at 6-0.
Defenders Barry Endsley wowed the crowd with high power jumps on blocks and rebounds in the paint adding a one-handed dunk that got the crowd to respond. Teammates Ryan Rodgers scored 18 points and Adam Lloyd scored 15 points in the loss. Defenders are now 5-2.
