The top-ranked Notre Dame Royals and the third-ranked FD Friars will hit the diamond Saturday afternoon for the 2023 ISA Baseball League championship.
The Royals controlled the GW Geckos 9-3 at the Paseo Stadium while the Friars pulled off a mild upset over the 2nd-ranked Tiyan Titans 9-5 at the GW Field as both semifinals were going on at the same time Wednesday afternoon.

He beat three players on this way to the gold medal match, including a win over the division’s top-ranked player.
