Heads of delegation to partake in Pacific Mini Games

By Patrick Lujan

With athletes from Guam and around the region heading to Palau this week to kick off the 2025 Pacific Mini Games, officials from the Guam National Olympic Committee will be in attendance as well.

Leading the delegation of over 130 Guam athletes is Sandra Lowe as Team Guam’s Chef de Mission. She will be assisted by GNOC officials James Borja, Joey Miranda and Anita Blas. She also confirmed that GNOC President Rick Blas and General Secretary Bob Steffy will also attend.

Dr. Luis Cruz and Dr. Kaipo Sotelo are the official heads of the medical team.

The prestigious naming of the Opening Ceremony flag bearer has yet to be announced and is usually made within 24-48 hours of the event.
