GUAM SWIMMERS COMPETE IN FINA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Team Guam is participated at the 2017 FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary as swimmers Jagger Stephens, Mineri Gomez, Amanda Poppe and Tanner Poppe completed their events.

Results thus far:

Amanda Poppe 100 backstroke 1:18.24; 50 backstroke 35.64
Tanner Poppe 200 freestyle 2.11.27
Jagger Stephens 100 freestyle 52.35

Guam Blooded: Ethan Toves Maddies has signed to play D1 baseball for the College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts on a full ride scholarship.
He is the son of proud parents Macky and Yvette Toves Maddies of Los Alamitos, California, grandson of Juan and Maria Toves+ formerly of Ordot/Barrigada Guam and Godson of Anthony and AnnMarie Toves of Ordot, Guam.
