YIMPACT SUMMER HOOPS CLINIC APPROACHING

Long-time high school and Junior National basketball  coach Jimmie Yi will be holding his first ever Summer Basketball Clinic that will go beyond the sport of hoops.

The clinic will run from June 4-29 and is specific to 15-18 year olds.

Monday -Friday

Incoming 9-10graders (u15-16) 8-10 am

Incoming 11-12 graders (u17-18) 10-noon

First 40 registration will get free jerseys; all players will get a shirt. The clinic will emphasize on the following:

– ball handling and advanced ball handling

–  shooting

–  defense mechanics

–  game situations

–  on and off ball screens

–  3-on-3 tourney at the end (FIBA sanctioned)

Of the court topics will include learning a winning mindset, success principles, leadership skills and some guest appearances.

10% of all proceeds will be going to the Tony Thompson Scholarship Foundation.
