GUAM BEATS CAMBODIA IN JR. DAVIS CUP

Guam is in Sri Lanka to take part in the 2022 Junior Davis Cup event.

We are represented by (L-R) Jonny Jackson, Arjan Sachdej, Anthony Gregoire and Coach Dylan Jicha.

Jonny Jackson (GUAM) won first singles match 6-0,6-1 against Cambodia’s Suyocarlos Prum.

Anthony Gregoire (GUAM) won in 3 sets against Chan Mony Chheang 6-0, 6-7 (4), 6-3

Arjan Sachdej and Jonny Jackson lost in a close doubles match 1-6, 6-2, 10-12.

Guam won overall over Cambodia 2-1 and will be facing Vietnam next.

Sixteen volleyball coaches are now FIVB Level 1 certified coaches. The certification brings them a step closer to national team level and/or national federation coaching license. The one-week course was conducted by coach Dr. Mike Rabago, who is a FIVB Level 3 coach.
