MATUA EAGLES STILL PITCHING A SHUTOUT AFTER THREE GAMES

The Guam Eagles Matua team is 3-0 and three shutouts so far in the 2022 Triple J Ford GNYFF League.

Sunday afternoon at the Tiyan Field, the Eagles blanked the Outlaws 36-0. They have outscored their three opponents so far 70-0.

The duo of Rayn Rios and Donte Parker did almost all the damage for the Eagles.

Parker had four touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving and two pick six’s) while Rios had two touchdowns (one rushing and one stripped fumble return) and three sacks.

That sets up a showdown next Sunday against the Hal’s Angels. Both teams are 3-0!
