LEGACY VOLLEYBALL THROWS DOWN WEEKEND TOURNAMENT

33 teams compete in Legacy Tournament

Thirty three local teams took part in the Legacy Volleyball Club’s weekend tournament held at the new I-Learn gym.

Tournament Director Jack Hattig said, “Some committed more than one team but altogether over a dozen clubs, including the Men’s National and Boys and Girls Junior National teams, Lady Tritons from UOG, and clubs like Hytz, Au Mana, Hatsa, Extreme, SB Boys, SIFA, Pokai, Baba Deal, Crusaders, Trojans, FemmeNesian, Yap, and Guam Pro.”

🥇Gold Champion: Legacy Silver

Silver Champion: Sifa 2

QUICK HITS

Guam’s top female golfer Tyanna Jacot has committed to play D1 golf with the San Jose State Spartans next school year. Jacot left Guam after her sophomore high school year to pursue her golf dreams. She currently is a senior at Torrey Pines High School where they look to defend the California state championship.
