MARIANAS PRO TAIWAN SELLS OUT, SETS NEW MILESTONE

PRESS RELEASE – The Guam Marianas Open Taiwan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship has officialy reached another historic milestone, with the 2026 Taiwan event seling out ahead of competition weekend and surpassing 1,000 athlete entries for the two-day championship scheduled for May 30–31, 2026, at the Taipei Xin-Yi Sports Center.

Tournament organizers confirmed that this year’s Taiwan championship represents the largest Guam Marianas Open Taiwan event in the organization’s history, reflecting an estimated 33 percent increase in participation compared to the previous year. The rapid growth further solidifies the Guam Marianas Open as one of the premier and fastest-growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition circuits in the Asia-Pacific region. The Taiwan championship serves as another major international stop in the expanding Guam Marianas Open global series, which continues to elevate Guam’s visibility and influence throughout the international martial arts, sports tourism, and cultural exchange sectors.
