The Pacific Mini Games in Vanuatu is already underway with Weightlifting and Judo starting the games on December 5th. The second round of athletes will start their competition later this week with Beach Volleyball and Track and Field ready for competition.

The 2017 Koko Road Race Half Marathon, 10k and 5k debuted it’s new starting and finishing point in the Island’s Capital Hagatna early Sunday morning. Stealing the show were visiting runners from Japan who set new course records in both the male and female divisions.

Guam Cancer Care hosted a kids youth running camp for the last four weeks, meeting on every Tuesday at Paseo Park to encourage good health. The camp met for the final time this week, leading up to the Strides for a Cure Run 2k/5k scheduled for this Saturday in Tumon.
