‘THE HEAT’ TO FACE SEERY IN FIGHT NIGHT 76

Jon Delos Reyes is confirmed for his fourth UFC fight Oct. 24th in Dublin.

GSPN has confirmed that UFC flyweight fighter Jon ‘The Heat’ Delos Reyes will face veteran Neil Seery at UFC Fight Night 76 in Dublin, Ireland on Oct. 24th.

Delos Reyes is coming off a Performance of the Night fight in UFC Manila last May 16 in his first UFC win.

Seery, 36, has a 15-11 MMA record and hails from Dublin, giving him the obvious ‘home court’ advantage. He is coming off a loss to former PXC fighter Louis Smolka in July.

‘The Heat’ is ranked #129 in the world, according to fightmatrix.com, while Seery is ranked #30. The highest he’s been ranked was #17 earlier this year.

UFC has not made it easy on the 28-year-old Delos Reyes as his first two fights have been against top-level opponents Dustin Kimura and Kyoji Horiguchi (#11).

Guam Blooded: Braydon Griffin, a senior shortstop at San Pedro High School in Los Angeles, has made his college commitment to Westmont College in Santa Barbara.

Guam’s Wayne Blas completed his 13th Boston Marathon and 38th marathon overall.
The island’s record holder in the distance, Blas finished this year in 2:35:21.
“I’m very happy with this result because seven months ago, I was sidelined with a stress fracture that kept me out for three months. No running! To come back on an abbreviated marathon build and finish one of the toughest races strong and healthy was a big win for me.”
His time of 2:29:38 at the 2023 Chicago Marathon and World Marathon Majors Age Group Championships stands as the Guam National Record.
