The annual Dr. Shieh Girls Preseason Volleyball Tournament kicked off their Pool B Friday evening at the St. John’s gym with the ND Royals going a perfect 3-0 on the night. St. John’s went 2-0 in Pool A on Thursday and Pool C will begin Saturday morning the the playoffs following shortly after.
In pool play, teams play to a first to 30 in just one set. The tournament aims to wrap up Saturday afternoon at 2:30 pm.
