ROYALS 10-RUN RULE RANGERS, TIE EXPOS FOR TOP SPOT

GML Friday evening concluded with a 17-7 win for the Royals (4-1) over the Rangers (1-4).

The Royals pulled within a half game of the Expos for the best record in the GML after picking up a big win Friday evening over the (1-4) Rangers 17-7 via 10-run rule. Winning pitcher for the Royals was TJ Leon Guerrero (2K’s) with Kagan Rabago (2K’s) taking the loss for the Rangers.

Royals RJ Miner had a big night at bat going 3-of-4 with 3RBI’s. Mike Bautista also aided in the big hitting performance for the Royals going 3-of-4 as well with three runs and an RBI.

Amos Taijeron was the lead man for the Rangers going 2-of-4 with two runs scored.

Sunday the GML resumes with the Redhawks (3-1), who are also in the race for the leagues top spot, taking on the Bluejays (2-2) at 7 pm.
