Gill Quizon’s debut in this years 2019 NPC Bodybuilding Championships is a journey that started at 310 lbs, four years ago.

22-year-old Gill Quizon’s debut at this years 2019 National Bodybuilding Championships carries more weight to him than the weight he used to walk around at in high school, which was topped at 310 lbs as a senior.

His inspirational journey from wanting to make a dramatic lifestyle change to getting ready to step on a bodybuilding stage has a tested his character, motivation and drive. And yet, he only wishes to inspire others to chase their own dreams, no matter what it is.
