SOUTHERN ADVANCES TO SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

The Southern Dolphins have secured their spot in the ISA Softball Championship game with their big home win 12-7 over the GW Geckos Saturday afternoon.

The win to advance not only guarantees the Dolphins spot in the finals, but it also spots them one game in the double elimination format. That means that whomever is to meet the Dolphins (between AOLG, GW, Guam High or JFK) would have to beat Southern twice while the Dolphins need win just one game.

The Geckos first loss this season came against Southern in week 4 and the Dolphins defeated the Cougars to claim the leagues top spot in the final week to keep their unbeaten record in tact.
