The IIAAG Wrestling season officially concluded Saturday with a more than 12 hour block of wrestling from 9 am to past 9 pm at the Yigo gym.

Sanchez Sharks star wrestler Jonah Whitt has been dominant all season long and walked away undefeated capping off a memorable 2013 campaign.

The Islanders had five division winners, the most of any school in the boys division. The top seeded Sanchez Sharks had three winners along with the FD Friars while GW picked up two division titles.

Southern grabbed the 285 lb. title with Kristian Affleje getting the win after being dominant all season long.

Here are the overall winners in the boys division

Guam’s Wayne Blas completed his 13th Boston Marathon and 38th marathon overall.
The island’s record holder in the distance, Blas finished this year in 2:35:21.
“I’m very happy with this result because seven months ago, I was sidelined with a stress fracture that kept me out for three months. No running! To come back on an abbreviated marathon build and finish one of the toughest races strong and healthy was a big win for me.”
His time of 2:29:38 at the 2023 Chicago Marathon and World Marathon Majors Age Group Championships stands as the Guam National Record.
