Father Duenas wrestlers Lenny Calvo (126-lbs.) and Dave Churchill (170-lbs.) won gold medals Saturday in Honolulu’s Moanalua Junior Varsity Individual Wrestling Tournament.
Other Guam medalists were:
A Division silver medalists – Palmer Blas (106), Kristian Cruz (113), Darrel Damian (132), Derek Artero (225)
B Division silver medalists – Kaleo Gambala (106), Roy Park (120)
The wrestlers will participate in Monday and Tuesday’s Moanalua Varsity Holiday Tournament.

8-year-old Lenox Reyes, in a span of eight days, won the Manha division championship with the Hal’s Angels before taking silver in the Jiu-Jitsu Con Tournament in Las Vegas, competing in the peewee 2 gray division. He beat three players on this way to the gold medal match, including a win over the division’s top-ranked player.
