Following a meeting of the IIAAG Interscholastic Tennis League coaches, the following players (in school order) were voted into the All-Island Team for the 2018 season:

Gavin Lee (HCA) was voted the Boys Most Valuable Player, and Victoria Smith (AOLG) as Girls Most Valuable Player, respectively, based on their performance during the season.
